DIBStack products are digital downloads. Because they are delivered electronically and can be accessed immediately, all sales are generally final once files are accessed.

When we will help

If any of the following happen, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we’ll make it right:

• a download or access issue prevents you from receiving your files;
• a duplicate purchase;
• a corrupted file; or
• a materially incorrect product delivery.

What this policy is not

Because the Products are generic, self-service templates, we do not offer broad “satisfaction guaranteed” refunds. Whether a template fits your specific situation is something you assess before purchase — see the product pages and our Disclaimer.
