DIBStack

License Agreement (EULA)

This License Agreement (“License”) governs your use of DIBStack digital products (the “Products”) supplied by Next Phase Tech LLC d/b/a DIBStack. By downloading or using the Products, you accept this License.

1. Single-organization license (Starter, Core, Pro)

Unless you hold an MSP license, your purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Products internally within a single organization. You may copy, complete, print, and adapt the templates for your own internal documentation and evidence-organization purposes.

2. MSP multi-client license

An MSP license grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for the MSP to use the Products internally when supporting up to the licensed number of client environments (5 or 20). The license covers no specific client and creates no relationship between DIBStack and any client. White-label or co-branding rights are limited to the document templates and apply only if separately agreed in writing; no DIBStack service, assessment, or advice is transferred or resold, because there is none. MSP licenses are subject to the following restrictions:

  • No public resale without written permission.
  • No white-label rights unless separately agreed in writing.
  • No claim that DIBStack assessed, reviewed, or approved any client environment.
  • No customer data, CUI, or evidence may be submitted to DIBStack.
  • DIBStack does not provide client-specific consulting or guidance.
  • Support is limited to product usage, licensing, download issues, and correction of product defects.

3. Restrictions (all licenses)

  • No resale, redistribution, sublicensing, or public posting of the Products except as expressly permitted.
  • No representation that DIBStack assessed, reviewed, endorsed, or approved your organization or any client.
  • No removal of disclaimers or boundary language included with the Products.

4. Ownership

DIBStack retains all intellectual property rights in the Products. The data and records you create by completing the templates are yours.

5. No warranties; limitation of liability

The Products are provided “as is.” The warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability in our Terms of Use apply to this License and are incorporated by reference.

6. Support

Email support is limited to download access, product file issues, licensing questions, and general product usage. Product support does not include consulting, assessment, SSP review, POA&M review, environment review, remediation guidance, or compliance determinations.

7. Termination

This License terminates automatically if you breach it. On termination you must stop using and delete the Products, except for records you have already created.
