What DIBStack is, what it isn’t, and how the products work.

Is DIBStack a consultant?
No. DIBStack sells standardized self-service tools, templates, checklists, scripts, and educational resources. DIBStack does not provide customer-specific consulting, environment reviews, assessment services, or remediation guidance.
Is DIBStack a C3PAO, RPO, assessor, law firm, or MSP?
No. DIBStack is a digital product company. Customers should use qualified internal personnel, legal counsel, authorized assessment providers, or qualified advisors for organization-specific decisions.
Does using DIBStack mean we are compliant?
No. DIBStack products help organize documentation and evidence. They do not determine compliance, certify an organization, or guarantee any assessment or contractual outcome.
Are DIBStack templates specific to my environment, or generic?
They are generic. Every template, checklist, and workbook is a blank starting point you populate yourself. Nothing in a DIBStack product maps, scores, or determines which controls your specific organization satisfies.
Can we send DIBStack our SSP, evidence, tenant exports, or CUI?
No. Do not send DIBStack CUI, SSPs, tenant exports, evidence packages, or sensitive system data. DIBStack products are designed to be used internally by the customer without giving DIBStack access to customer systems or data.
Do your products help with ITAR or export control?
Our products include generic templates, such as a non-US person visit checklist, that you complete and use internally. They are not ITAR or export-control advice. Consult qualified counsel for any export-control determination that applies to your organization.
What support is included?
Email support is limited to download access, product file issues, licensing questions, and general product usage. Product support does not include consulting, assessment, SSP review, POA&M review, environment review, remediation guidance, or compliance determinations. No calls are included.
How are products delivered, and what is your refund policy?
Products are digital downloads delivered through our checkout provider after purchase. Because they are digital, all sales are generally final once files are accessed. If you have a download issue, a duplicate purchase, a corrupted file, or a materially incorrect delivery, contact support within 7 days.
Who are DIBStack products for?
Small DIB companies, manufacturers, machine shops, internal IT teams, compliance coordinators, and MSPs that need standardized self-service evidence organization tools.
